What do I do if I already have a JD Williams account?
There will be no change to your existing JD Williams account. To ensure you log into the right account online, use your account number which can be found on your statements or any other communications.

If I have a Crazy Clearance Personal Credit Account what will change when my account becomes a JDW Pay account?
Only the branding will change. Your statement preference, your minimum payment and any agreements with your Crazy Clearance personal credit account are unaffected.

Yes - There is no need to open a JD Williams account. You can log in to JD Williams and shop using your Crazy Clearance account number.
